Download time is a function of file size and server load and at busy times can sometimes take a while. Modern eBooks are quite small files and will arrive very quickly. However the scanned and OCRd volumes of old Trade Directories can be quite large and therefore may take a while to complete.
Please check your emails: You will receive a receipt from PayPal and a second email from us, containing the download links to the books you have purchased. However this is just a backup for you will probably have already downloaded your file[s] from the link[s] above.
Emails are normally dispatched within seconds but there can be delays in transmission between our servers and yours, which are obviously beyond our control. Very occasionally legitimate emails are sent to the SPAM box by over-zealous management programs and it is always worth checking in there.
To reduce the chances of this happening in the future, please add our email address [email protected] to your address list and if you have one, your ‘white list’ of acceptable contacts.
Your links: If you have ordered more than one title, or where that title is available in multiple parts to break into smaller sections for easier download, several links clearly identifying each will be shown.
Your purchases have been safely stored for the next 72 hours. You don’t need to download all files at the same time, and in fact the process is no quicker if multiple links are clicked. Please remember to store your downloaded files safely!
